THIS IS A NEW TIMETABLE THAT BEGINS ON MONDAY 8TH JANUARY 2018
Pilates 10am – 11am Storridge V Hall
Pilates 6.30pm – 7.30pm Storridge V Hall
Pilates 9.30am – 10.30am Bishops Frome V Hall
Pilates 9.30am – 10.30am Storridge Village Hall
The Coffee Break @ Storridge Village Hall 10.30am – 11am
Tai Chi for Health 11am – 12pm Storridge Village Hall
Pilates Body Design offers you intelligent, enjoyable and effective Matwork Pilates Classes that will change the way your body looks and functions. The classes are offered on £22.00 monthly season tickets so you can attend as many Pilates classes as you like for that flat fee ( we have up to 20 classes a month!) we also offer a pay as you go scheme costing £6.50 per class. Booking is essential.
Please bring your own mat.
Tai Chi for Health classes offer a gentle Mind and Body workout with the focus on performing slow, smooth, flowing movement through a series of Tai Chi ‘forms’. These forms will help improve your strength, balance and co-ordination and give you a clear sharpness of mind whilst feeling very relaxed and calm; and of course you will be learning a very beautiful and ancient skill. The classes are included in the Pilates Season Ticket scheme or £6.50 pay as you go.There is no floor work in this class. Please wear trainer type footwear. Booking is essential.
The Coffee Break @ Storridge Village Hall is a half hour break filling the gap between the two classes enabling people to socialise over a cuppa. If you’re staying for both classes please park to the right and if you’re doing the Pilates class only please park to the left. If you’re coming to the Tai Chi only, please block in the people on the right. If at all possible, car sharing would be really helpful.

It’s Pilates for me
For as you can see
I am now grown much taller
My hips are much smaller
And I bend like a wind blown tree
