* The fee includes use of all the essential workroom tools(Students can buy their own from the Tutor if Preffered), along with card for pattern cutting and Leather scraps for experimentation and small sample pieces. The price does not include fabric for mocking up, **iron on backer, **base stiffener, leather or hardware - Students should expect to spend approx £50.00 on these.
**These items can be bought from the Tutor. Students will be advised on places to source their leather and hardware from.

Bonbonieres or Bombonieres are traditional gifts that would either be placed on the tables or handed out individually to guests at Greek and Italian Weddings or other celebratory gatherings. It generally consists of an odd number of sugared almonds wrapped up in a circle of decorative fabric like lace or net and tied with ribbon.
Our Bonbonieres are also wrapped in fabric but are placed inside a funky pyramid shape leather pouch lined with silk or suede, topped off with a leather tassel. As this is a contemporary version, you can put whatever you like inside them; bearing in mind they are only around 2 and a half inches tall!
They also make ideal ring pouches, making for a much more stylish and unique presentation container.
LEATHER GIFT BAG MAKING ONE DAY WORKSHOP
Leather Gift Bags - Big, Complex Bag Shapes made Smaller and Simpler!
On this one day workshop, you will be able to make as many little bags as you can. Templates for scaled down versions of real Handbag Construction Styles are used to make unlined 'gift bags'. So instead of buying someone a gift and putting it in a paper gift bag or wrapping paper which then generally gets discarded; putting a gift in a sumptuous leather bag means that it will be kept as a gift in itself.
